Not like sunscreen fabric, blackout fabric and zebra fabric, honeycomb fabric is packed in special carton, there are wooden frame inside the carton to protect the fabrics from further damage, this is the normal packing type, this way, the fabric packing will not easy to be damaged compared with only carton.
Normally we will pack 2 boxes honeycomb fabric to be a small packing for easy loading, and some clients also require to pack all the fabric box to be a whole unit, twine with plastic wrap and make tray for the packing for easy loading and shipping.
We also offer wooden case to protect the honeycomb fabric at the most, and one wooden case can contain 7 boxes of fabric, this way the the best way for us to protect the fabrics but it will have extra charge, so many clients won’t try because they originally purchased just a few fabric, to pay for packing seems not worth. and another reason for most clients didn’t use woode case is they buy at container quantity, no need for wooden case.
